Buzz Boxes are planned to accept the Arizona Mobile ID from Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or Samsung Wallet. Tap your phone, the machine's camera matches your face to the ID photo, then pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
A physical ID scan always works too.

Bar owner FAQ
Who handles the licensing?
We do. Buzzies holds the licenses for the machine and what's in it. You don't file anything. Your venue does have to be 21+ at all times, because federal law only allows nicotine vending where no one under 21 is ever present.
Who carries the insurance?
Buzzies insures the machine and its stock. If something happens to it, that's on us.
Who restocks it?
We do. We keep track of what sells and come by before it runs out. Your staff never has to open it, count it or reorder anything.
What if the machine breaks?
Text or call us and we come fix it. Repairs and parts are on Buzzies, not the bar.
How does payment work?
Customers pay at the machine by card or phone through the built-in card reader. We pay your bar 15% of sales by the 15th of every month, with a statement. No cash to count.
What does it sell, and for how much?
Age-restricted nicotine products, stocked by Buzzies. We don't list products or prices online and we never sell nicotine online. Everything is bought in person at the machine, after an ID check.
What if we want out?
Give us 30 days notice, any time. We pull the machine and patch the wall.
